Hey, read your comic today on Sunday Times. As someone who has worked at checkouts, I think you should give it a shot before putting that comic up :)
When we open, usually, people who are at the back just come to us. It's not like we're going to say "Sorry, he was ahead of you. Can't serve you."
Imagine the amount of complaints we'll get if we do that.
Unfair, but unfortunately, that's the norm :(
